My ethos as a coach has always been about balance and fulfilment. I have never and will never be the coach that says you can’t have a glass of wine with your friends at the weekend or prohibits meals out!

Why?

Because it isn’t sustainable! And if you can’t sustain the results you get out of a process, what’s the point in starting? Sounds backwards for me personally and professionally but my aim as a coach is to give my clients the tools to be totally self-sufficient and to never need me or any other coach again! That’s why I often say, this is the last diet you will ever do!

My background as a elite swimmer and a GB trialist has blessed me with the knowledge of how to extract every ounce of performance out of minimal time periods, meaning your time is optimised.
